Three-Dimensional Coordinate Systems

Compared to two-dimensional coordinate system , a three-dimensional uses three numerical coordinates for  representing points. The coordinates are usually called as x,y and z axis.

Point A has the coordinates (2,3,4) and has 2 from x-axis, 3 from y-axis and 4 from z-axis.
