Character design introduction

Character design refers to the design and visual-graphic implementation of a character for later use in animation, advertising, street art, graphic design, comics or fine art.

On the left, we have the mascot of the NBA’s Chicago Bulls since 1969 “Benny The Bull”.

On the right, we have the two lego characters from the DC comic books.

A good character design will be strongly associated with the brand, which as you in examples can be cartoon series, comic books, films even sport groups.
